For parents and students

Your family's coaching, in one app

No more missed sessions, forgotten payments, or losing track of progress. Cultiv8 keeps your family's coaching organized — so you can spend less time managing it and more time making progress.

What you get

Four things the app does for your family today, and what is coming next.

The first four are in the app now, and every screen beside them is a capture from it as it runs. Where your coach's own screen sits beside yours, it is because the two are one record: your coach enters it once, and nobody forwards you a copy. The last is what is not here yet, and each row there says whether it is being built or planned.

The week, on one calendar

  • Everyone's sessions, with every coach, on one week. Filter by name with one tap.
  • Each session carries the venue, with directions, and the coach's page one tap away.
  • A reminder before each session, and a notice when one is cancelled, moved or taken online; a cancelled session shows why.
  • Under Programs, what each of you is enrolled in, grouped by coach, with "Pay after class" or "Pay upfront" against each.

The register, as it is marked

  • Present, late, on leave or absent: the mark appears against the session, with who marked it.
  • A person marks every register. Nothing marks anyone present by itself.

Fees, dues and receipts

  • What is due now, per coach, with the plan and who it is for.
  • Pay a fee in the app, or pay your coach in cash or by bank transfer and they record it. The receipt appears in the app either way.
  • Receipts, and tax invoices where your coach issues them, kept in one place.
  • Money goes straight to your coach's bank account. Cultiv8 never holds it and never takes a share of it.

Your family, your settings

  • Add each child once, with your consent recorded by a code to your phone.
  • An adult student signs in as themselves, in the same app.
  • Choose which updates ring your phone — session reminders, a fee issued, a payment received — per category, with an exception per family member. Every update still appears inside the app.
  • The whole app in English or Kannada.

What is coming to your side of the app

Building means it is in development now. Planned means it is on the roadmap and not started. Neither is available today.

  • Message your coach, and the batch

    Planned

A group for each batch and one-to-one messages, inside the app instead of a personal number.

  • A progress report written for you

    Planned

A weekly summary in plain words, built from the notes the coach keeps — not shorthand you have to decode.

  • Ask Ira about your own records

    Building

Ira is the assistant built into Cultiv8. It answers from your own records — the schedule, the dues, the register. Ira never acts without your approval, never marks attendance, and never modifies fee records.

  • Find a coach near you

    Planned

Search by sport and area, and see coaches whose timings and free spots actually match.

  • A community around your sport

    Planned

Coaches share drills, parents ask questions and academies post updates, browsable by sport and by area.

  • A record that moves with you

    Planned

Every skill cleared, session attended and milestone reached, dated. It moves with the student between coaches and cities.

Getting started

Two ways to join today. Both begin with your coach.

There is no public search yet. A family joins through a coach who is already on Cultiv8: by invite, or from the coach's own page, where the coach, not Cultiv8, sells the plan.

Your coach invites you

  1. Your coach adds the student to a batch and sends the invite to your number.

  2. Open the invite, confirm that it is yours, and sign in with the code sent to your phone.

  3. The sessions, the dues and the receipts are already there, connected to your coach's records.

Your coach shares their page

  1. Read the page: what they teach, where, on what days, and what you can book today.

  2. Book a trial, free or paid: who it is for, which batch, which session.

  3. Choose a plan and confirm. Nothing is paid in the app: you pay your coach, and the plan starts once they record it.

Plans

Plans, in plain words.

A program is what your coach teaches; a plan is how you pay for it, and a program can offer more than one. Your coach decides which plans to offer and what they cost. The app shows every plan the same way — what it covers, what it costs and when you pay — and nothing is ever charged to you automatically.

  • Trial

    Live

Free or paid, and one per student per program. A paid trial reserves the spot and confirms when your coach records the payment. Join the program afterwards and your coach can count the trial fee towards the plan.

  • Pay after

    Live

Attend first. At the end of the month your coach issues the fee — a flat amount, or per session attended. Pay it in the app or pay your coach, and the receipt appears in the app either way.

  • Paid up front

    Live

A term of 30, 90 or 365 days with unlimited sessions in your batch. If your coach has set the plan to renew, the app issues a renewal fee seven days before the term ends: paying continues the plan, not paying ends it. Otherwise the plan ends with the term.

  • Membership

    Live

Access to a studio or a gym during its open hours, for a term. A training program there has its own plan.

  • Session packs

    Planned

A set number of sessions, valid for a period, counted down as they happen.

  • Credits

    Planned

A balance you top up once and spend across a coach's programs.

A plan as the family sees it: paid in advance, unlimited sessions, and what it covers
A plan, as the app shows it
  • Free for families — you never pay Cultiv8.
  • Money goes straight to your coach's bank account.
  • Nothing is charged to you automatically — a fee comes due, and you pay it.

If a student stops mid-term, talk to your coach: refunds, pauses and batch changes are decided between you, and the app records what you decide.

Your family's record

Three rules govern how Cultiv8 holds your family's record.

  • A coach can start a record with a name and a batch — the group the student trains with — and no more. Everything beyond that waits for you: you confirm the invite, and for a child you give your consent with a code to your phone, and the app keeps the record of that consent.

  • Only your family and the coach or academy you train with can see the record.

  • The record is stored in India, encrypted. The app carries no advertising and no trackers. Ask to delete your account (Account, then Security) and the app schedules it thirty days out, with the option to cancel before then; it keeps the fee records the law requires for the statutory period, and everything else goes.
