Cultiv8 holds everything a coaching business needs to start, run and grow, in one place. It is built as one map: families on one side, coaches and academies on the other, and five stages between them — discover, match and transact, deliver and operate, engage and retain, and outcomes. The numbers and Ira, the AI assistant, sit beside every stage, and Ira automates the paperwork. Ira never acts without your approval, never marks attendance, and never modifies fee records. Under all of it sits one rule: nothing about a child is handled until a parent agrees to it.

Coaches get a professional profile and a public page, programs and batches across every venue they teach at, and fee collection with receipts and tax invoicing. Attendance is being built. Parents and students get one screen covering every child and every coach, carrying classes and payments today; weekly progress reports are being built, and the record a family keeps and takes with them is planned. Academies invite coaches to join, assign them to batches, and watch what happens as it happens rather than piecing it together at month end.

The same setup carries short-term bookings, including drop-in classes, workshops, camps, one-to-one slots and free demos, so a studio selling single sessions and a coach building year-long relationships run on one system. The subject is not fixed either. Sports coaching is the launch market, and music, dance, tutoring and fitness run the same way.

Cultiv8 is free to start, for coaches, academies and families alike. Four commitments govern the pricing:

• Cultiv8 never takes a percentage of what a coach earns from coaching. Coaches keep every rupee their students pay them.
• Money settles from the payment gateway straight into the coach’s own bank account. Cultiv8 never holds it.
• Paid plans buy a coach productivity tools, never a better experience for the families they teach. Every parent and student receives the same app whichever plan their coach is on.
• Starting is free, and staying small stays free.

Published prices arrive with general availability. During the beta, everything is free.

Coaches are paid directly. When a parent pays through Cultiv8, the payment gateway settles the money into the coach’s own bank account, so Cultiv8 never holds it and never takes a percentage of it. The platform does the work around the payment: it raises the fee, sends the reminders, records the payment, and issues the receipt, with Goods and Services Tax (GST) invoicing for coaches who need it.

Coaches who prefer to keep collecting fees the way they do today can record those payments in Cultiv8 as well, so the dues record stays complete either way. Before a coach can collect online at all, the payment gateway has to verify their tax identity and confirm their bank account with a test deposit. That check establishes who gets paid, and it says nothing about coaching credentials.

Before a coach can accept payments through Cultiv8, they complete identity verification: the know-your-customer check India’s payment system requires, run by the payment gateway against government identity documents. A coach who has not cleared it cannot accept payments on the platform.

Credential badges, meaning federation licenses, diplomas and degrees validated and shown on the profile, come next on the roadmap. During early access a coach’s qualifications appear on their profile as the coach states them, and the record Cultiv8 keeps is what makes those claims checkable over time: real programs run, attendance kept, and students who stayed. That delivery history is the evidence no certificate carries.

Ira is the AI assistant built into Cultiv8, and its job is to automate the paperwork. Today a coach can ask it about their own records — which fees are still due this month, how a student has come along since she started, when the next class runs — and read the answer off those records. Three more pieces are being built: turning a ninety-second voice note into notes for each student, writing the reminder and follow-up messages, and briefing a coach before a class.

The boundary is fixed and it does not move as Ira grows. Ira never acts without your approval, never marks attendance, and never modifies fee records. Attendance decides what a coach is owed and a fee record decides what a family has paid, so on Cultiv8 a person writes both, every time.

Cultiv8 is in early access, and it is not limited to one city or one discipline: coaches, academies, families can join.

No. Families use the app free. You pay your coach’s fees as you do today, and Cultiv8 takes no share of them: the payment gateway settles the money straight into your coach’s own bank account, and Cultiv8 never holds it. Every parent receives the same app whichever plan their coach is on.

Not on your own, yet. A family joins through a coach who is already on Cultiv8, either by an invite from the coach or from the coach’s own page. Leave your contact on the beta form and tell us who your coach is; someone from Cultiv8 reads every signup and gets in touch with the coach. A public search for coaches is planned and not started.

Cultiv8 runs on iPhone and on Android. The apps are not on the app stores yet: during early access the Cultiv8 team sends you the app directly and walks you through installing it.

With a one-time code sent by SMS to your mobile number or by email, or with your Google account. There is no password. The app accepts Indian mobile numbers today.

Yes, when your coach has set up online collection. A fee your coach issues — a month’s fee or a renewal — can be paid in the app, and the receipt and the tax invoice are kept there. A coach who collects in cash or by bank transfer records those payments too, so your dues record is complete either way.

No. When you join a program from a coach’s page, nothing is collected in the app: you pay your coach directly, your coach records the payment, and the plan starts. The confirm button says so on the screen: “no payment now”.

For a plan paid up front, your coach decides whether it renews. If it does, the app issues a renewal fee seven days before the term ends; paying it continues the plan, and not paying ends it. If it does not, the plan ends with the term. A plan paid after class is billed at the end of each month until your coach closes it. Nothing is ever charged to you automatically: a fee comes due, and you choose to pay it.

Your coach can pause a plan — for travel, an injury or an exam season — and resume it, and you see the change in the app. To pause or cancel a plan from your side, or to move a regular session, ask your coach; the app does not do it from your side yet. A trial you have booked can be moved to another session from the app when your coach allows it. If a student stops mid-term, refunds are decided between you and your coach, and the app records what you decide.

No. One account holds everyone in the family and every coach. The calendar shows everyone’s sessions and filters by name. The app lists payments per coach and never combines them, so each receipt matches exactly what one coach was paid.

English and Kannada today. More Indian languages follow, and the app lists them as they arrive.

A child’s record lives under the parent’s account, added with the parent’s consent. An adult student signs in as themselves, in the same app, and sees their own sessions, plans and dues.

Cultiv8 holds records about children, and it is built for India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act. Six commitments apply to every child’s data on the platform:

• A parent gives verifiable consent before any data about their child is stored, and that consent is recorded and auditable.
• There is no behavioral monitoring and no profiling of children. Cultiv8 does not build predictive models about a child.
• No advertising is directed at children, and neither app carries an advertising tracker.
• Data is encrypted in storage and in transit, on servers in India.
• Access is scoped by relationship: a family sees only its own children, and a coach sees only their own students.
• Deleting your account works from the app. The deletion is scheduled thirty days out, with the option to cancel before then; the fee records the law requires are kept for the statutory period, and everything else goes.
