Privacy

This notice covers the marketing website at cultiv8.in, operated from India and designed around the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 — the text of the Act is published by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) atmeity.gov.in/data-protection-framework. The Cultiv8 apps carry their own privacy notice inside the product.

What this site collects

This site collects four things and nothing else.

  • Beta signups. If you submit the beta form, we store the contact you gave (an email address or mobile number), the page you signed up from, and the time. Submitting also sends that contact to the founder as a one-time signup notification email so that we can reply, and it is used for nothing else. We keep signup records through the beta program and then delete them; if you join, we migrate them into your Cultiv8 account under the product's own notice.
  • Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, we keep your name, the email address or mobile number you gave, your message, the page you sent it from, and the time, so that we can reply. The message is emailed to the founder. We use it for nothing else, and we delete it 12 months after it arrives.
  • Usage telemetry. The site uses Amazon CloudWatch Real User Monitoring to measure page views, loading performance, errors, and how the site is read — how far a page is scrolled, which sections appear on screen, whether the beta or contact form was submitted, and clicks on outside links. It runs without cookies, and we do not use it to identify or profile you.
  • Access logs. Our content delivery network (Amazon CloudFront) keeps standard access logs, recording the requested page, the time, the Internet Protocol (IP) address and the browser type. We use them for security and traffic analysis, and delete them after 13 months.

Why there is no cookie banner

The site sets no cookies and uses no cross-site identifiers, advertising trackers, or analytics that follow you elsewhere. There is nothing to consent to beyond this notice, so there is no banner.

Where the data lives

We store beta signups, contact messages, telemetry, and logs in Amazon Web Services' Mumbai region (ap-south-1), in India. Only the notification emails to the founder leave that region.
